Game Point
The GameNet is one of the neatest complements to game playing I've seen. It makes it easy to connect two or more Macs wirelessly.
As for joysticks and game controllers, I liked the Jetstick for use with flight simulators. But if you're looking for a controller that's flexible enough to use with many types of games, you'll find the Mac GamePad a better and less expensive choice.
